SHIPPING

Thank you for shopping with Chat-Tea Designs! Every order is custom-made, so shipping time is calculated for each individual product. Generally, your items will be shipped together once made, but sometimes they may also be shipped separately. Please note the handling and shipping times on each individual listing.

Orders are generally shipped via USPS. Once your order has been fulfilled, please allow 3-7 days for shipping.

Please note, currently Chat-Tea Designs only ships within the United States. Product pricing includes shipping costs.

SALES & DAMAGES POLICY

Because all orders are custom-made, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact chat@chat-teadesigns.com for a replacement within 3 days of receiving the item. Please do NOT return any item without first contacting Chat-Tea Designs, as this will slow down the return process.

When you email, please also include your FULL NAME, ORDER NUMBER, and A PHOTO of the damaged item. Please allow 1-3 business days for Chat-Tea Designs to get back to your email.
